Orders, Shipping & Returns

Delivery
We use UK Mail for UK Orders. The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £4.95. We use Royal Mail recorded delivery for all orders placed outside of the UK (Europe and the rest of the world, including USA). Please contact info@projectdonline.co.uk to place an order outside of the UK and to receive a postage quote. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm.


Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Project D, for a full refund.

Order cancellations MUST be made in writing to Project D at the following email address: info@projectdonline.co.uk , quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods.

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure a copy of your pay pal slip is included in the parcel.

We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or if the goods are faulty and a refund is made. Any return postal charges for these refundable goods will also be refunded.

Please contact us at info@projectdonline.co.uk or call 0207 352 1796 for an authorisation code and returns address. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds without a valid authorisation code.

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS MUST BE COURIERED/POSTED UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WEACCEPT RETURNS IN PERSON

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact Project D on 0207 352 1796 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
